RedmineKit Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 5 working days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Refunds are issued only where the purchased plugin or theme fails to function on the customer's system and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. Where the product is operational in the customer's environment, or the issue has been resolved, the purchase does not qualify for a refund.

To request a refund, customers must contact our support team and provide their order number, product name, and reason for the request.

If a purchased plugin or theme has a reproducible technical defect that prevents it from functioning substantially as described, customers should contact our support team.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate the issue and provide a fix or suitable workaround. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, we will review the refund request in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Customers should review the product description and documentation before purchasing, including supported Redmine versions, Ruby versions, database requirements, dependencies, and other compatibility information.

Issues caused by unsupported Redmine versions, incompatible third-party plugins, customer-specific modifications, server configuration, or unsupported hosting environments may not qualify for a refund unless required by applicable law or expressly covered by the product's guarantee.

RedmineKit products may include downloadable software, source code, license keys, and digital documentation.

Customers should review the product features, compatibility requirements, and licensing terms before completing their purchase.

Refund requests based on a change of mind, accidental purchase, or a decision not to use the product will be evaluated under the 5-working-day refund policy and applicable law.

Nothing in this section excludes any refund or other remedy required by applicable law or expressly promised under the relevant product offer.

Custom development, installation, configuration, migration, and consulting services may be subject to separate written agreements.

Any advance payments, completed milestones, cancellation charges, and refunds for undelivered work will be determined by the applicable service agreement and applicable law.
